With over 20 years of extensive experience spanning federal systems, private agencies, organizational development, and individual therapy, including service as a former federal law enforcement officer and correctional psychologist, Dr. B brings a wealth of expertise to the field of mental health. Specializing in supporting high-achieving adults, trauma, childhood abuse, navigating relationships with emotionally immature parents, sleep health, and boundary setting. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-impact care that empowers individuals to heal and thrive and organizations to build a resilient workforce.

Dr. Tammy Jolivette is a provisionally licensed psychologist, and the author of Tangled Emotions. She brings a uniquely multidisciplinary approach to her work, supervised by Dr. Fenwick. Alongside her specialization in supporting children with autism, as well as adults with ADHD. Dr. Jolivette holds a dual degree in psychology and cosmetology, making her a recognized expert in hair trauma. She provides compassionate, specialized care for individuals navigating alopecia, traction alopecia, and the impacts of cancer treatments, while also leveraging her expertise to help build and lead thriving healthcare and wellness organizations.
